Located in southern Chester County, Lincoln University is the first degree-granting, historically black university in the U.S., and it provides a variety of educational experiences to approximately 2,000 undergraduate and graduate students each year.

Admissions Specialist

This position counsels and advises students and families about educational opportunities, admission, and university requirements; screens applications to ensure all required admissions documents are received; and provides recommendations for admissibility of special consideration cases.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and two years of admissions and/or customer service related experience; knowledge of Lincoln University programs and post-secondary admission procedures; and experience with customer service relations management systems.

Associate Director for Student Life & Development

This position assists in the hiring, training, and assessment of the Student Leader Programming Board; develops, implements, and oversees large-scale community development events; and uses technology to efficiently collect, assess, analyze, and utilize assessment data.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree and a history of progressive leadership in student affairs; knowledge of student success strategies; the ability to supervise and manage diverse groups; and proficiency in Microsoft Office and website design software.
