Conference and Events Manager

This position manages the planning, promotion, and implementation of all client events and symposiums; develops end-to-end campaign plans for each event; and drives implementation of all related marketing initiatives to support each event, including digital ads and e-mail blasts.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and CMP certification; three to five years of conference and events planning and campaign management experience; knowledge of social media and WordPress; and experience with Salesforce and marketing automation software.

Project Coordinator – Bioanalytical Services

This position prepares and revises proposals and maintains organized records of all signed contracts and associated POs; assists with invoicing processes and creating projects in QuickBase; and ensures that timelines are met with efficiency via communications with clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and an understanding of pre-clinical and clinical study protocols; an in-depth understanding of GLP regulations and FDA/EMA guidelines; and strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Sample Coordinator – Biologics

This position receives, logs in, and tracks biological samples, reference standards, and chemicals according to standard operating procedures; communicates with clients regarding issues for biological samples; and prepares sample storage notification forms for clients as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree or higher in biology or the life sciences; experience in handling biological and chemical samples; and experience in regulated environments, such as GLP, SOPs, etc..
