The Paoli Hospital Auxiliary’s Third Annual Fine Art Show will be held from Oct. 6-7 at White Manor Country Club in Malvern

An evening of cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and culture awaits at the opening Art Gala on Saturday, Oct. 6 from 6-10 PM, when guests can preview and purchase original paintings and other works of art from many regionally known and “yet to be discovered” artists. Art will also be available for sale at the Open House on Sunday, Oct. 7 from 11 AM-5 PM.

A portion of all sales benefit patient-care needs at Paoli Hospital.

Works from various media will be on display and for sale: oils, watercolors, mixed media, photography, glass, metal, and pottery. Mingle with the artists, learn about their distinct styles, and what has influenced their work, while enjoying a fun evening and supporting a great cause.

Jan Wier is this year’s featured artist. Previously an interior decorator on the Main Line, her oil canvases depict a loose and impressionistic style of painting that reflects “grace notes of welcome that people desire in their homes and lives.”

The Paoli Hospital Auxiliary will also host a separate “wine pull” that evening to benefit Healing Art Works, an organization that provides free art to hospitals.
