A revolutionary new concept aptly named Patriot Wines will arrive in Chester County sometime next year, writes Ed Williams for Main Line Today.
Co-owned by Steven Funk and Christopher Conti, the new business will combine a winery, cidery, and meadery under one roof. The owners have already started crafting various blends in small batches for their own line of Revolutionary War-themed products.
“I think combining creative winemaking principles with stories of the past is something truly unique,” said Funk.
