HRIS Manager

This position ensures that HR data practices and initiatives are properly in place and are cost efficient; assists with HRIS implementations, testing, review, upgrades, and patches; acts as project manager for process improvements; and helps create, write, and maintain HR reports.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources, computer science, information systems, or a related discipline; a minimum of five years of working experience with HRIS; and proficiency with SAP, HR Systems, MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PoworPoint.

Paralegal

This position drafts corporation and LLC formation paperwork for filing in multiple states; provides general administrative assistance to the general counsel and staff; organizes and maintains corporate files; and prepares, distributes, and maintains resolutions and board materials.

The ideal candidate will possess a paralegal certificate or similar degree; a minimum of seven to ten years of experience focused on securities compliance and the corporate secretary function; and experience preparing board minutes, agendas, and shareholders meeting materials.

VP/Senior Director, Triumph Operating System

This position helps improve and deploy the Triumph Operating System and supports the development, training, and mentoring of leads and Triumph Change Agents; assists in the development of strategic continuous improvement plans; and manages corporate leaders and trainers.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing/operations, or a related discipline; a minimum of 15 years of progressive leadership experience; and a minimum of 15 years of experience implementing Lean/Six Sigma events and transformations.
