Senior Director, Legal/Compliance

This position leads and manages the creation and implementation of a corporate-wide records retention, management, and information system. He/she assists in the leadership of the compliance department, including oversight of compliance, auditing, and monitoring programs. The person works with other departments in planning and implementing compliance education programs.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree. He/she will have eight to ten years of pharmaceutical or biotech company experience and legal, regulatory, and/or corporate compliance experience. The person will have experience in designing, building, and implementing a successful corporate compliance program in a pharmaceutical or biotech company.

Payroll Manager

This position compiles semi-monthly payroll changes, generates the payroll file, and submits it for processing to the payroll vendor. He/she prepares temporary and permanent updates to payroll records into the ADP Workforce platform. The person processes employee equity transactions, including stock option exercises, ESPP, and restricted stock vesting. He/she is the primary point of contact for all payroll vendor interactions and all employee payroll-related questions and concerns.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess an associate’s degree in accounting, finance, or business, or equivalent work experience. He/she will have five to ten years of experience in payroll processing. The person will have experience with accounting and payroll software programs and equity compensation plans.

Manager, Commercial Analytics

This position manages critical commercial data, reporting, and analytical activities. He/she develops, processes, and distributes weekly and monthly reports for the field sales and marketing teams. The person supports the company’s efforts to analyze prescription trends, activity, and other performance metrics to continually refine strategy and execute on business requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, or a related analytical field. He/she will preferably possess a master’s degree. The person will have a minimum of five years of pharmaceutical industry experience with the ability to effectively utilize business intelligence tools and translate data into meaningful decision support information.
