The rankings of the 2018 Best Suburbs to Live in America provide a comprehensive assessment of the overall livability of an area. This grade takes into account several key factors of a location, including the quality of local schools, crime rates, housing trends, employment statistics, and access to amenities in an attempt to measure the overall quality of an area.

In Chesterbrook, where the population is 4,693, the media home value is $312,600, and the median household income is $113,966.

As the cost of living in big cities increases, suburbs remain a popular place for families to settle down. According to the Pew Research Center, suburban and small metropolitan areas have grown more briskly than urban counties.
