Paoli-Based Turn5 to Open Massive Fulfillment Center in Kansas to Boost Its National Reach

Paoli-based Turn5, which sells custom parts for cars, is planning to open a massive fulfillment center in Lenexa, Kan., in October to help boost its national reach, writes Roberto Torres for Technical.ly Philly.

The 365,000-square-foot warehouse is expected to increase the e-commerce company’s headcount from around 400 to 500 over the next three years. The new fulfillment center comes hot on the heels of the inauguration of the company’s new 90,000-square-foot headquarters in Chester County at the start of the year.

“Our presence in Kansas will help us expand our fulfillment operation and create better customer experiences,” said CEO Steve Voudouris. “We value our long-term relationships with customers, and connecting with like-minded people from all over the country who share a passion for customizing their vehicles and making them genuinely unique.”

Turn5 was founded 13 years ago by Voudouris and his brother Andrew. The company runs three websites that specialize in different auto niches, including American Muscle, Extreme Terrain, and American Trucks. These sites cater to muscle-car, all-terrain, and pickup-truck enthusiasts, respectively.
