Support Engineer
This position investigates and corrects data anomalies; manages product configurations and customizations; handles ad-hoc report requests; and helps resolve the more advanced issues the development team encounters while identifying opportunities for automation.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including confidence in speaking with executives; sales or customer service experience; and strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, LinkedIn, and other business applications.
