Located in Southern Chester County, Lincoln University is the nation’s first degree-granting HBCU (Historically Black College and University). Now, it provides a variety of educational experiences to approximately 2,000 undergraduate and graduate students each year.

Associate Director of Undergraduate Admissions

This position assists with the implementation of messaging strategies for internal and external audiences; meets enrollment goals for assigned target recruitment areas; and co-manages all office operations, assisting both traditional and non-traditional students.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree; four to six years of progressive experience in admissions or a related field; demonstrated experience working with Ellucian CRM or a related database system; and experience in Higher Education Counseling.

Financial Assistant

This position performs advanced data and document processing functions in automated systems; responds to walk-in, e-mail, and telephone inquiries and resolves related issues; and performs general business and banking transactions, including account reconciliation.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree or 60-plus college credits; specialized training or certification in a related area or a minimum of five years of related work experience; and demonstrated advanced working knowledge of finance procedures and systems.

Senior Grants Accountant

This position maintains the integrity of the general ledger in full compliance with accepted financial practices; posts all authorized journal entries and purpose entries as necessary; and prepares special studies and analysis as directed.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related discipline; CPA licensure; two to five years of related work experience; supervisory experience; and knowledge of EDP-oriented accounting systems.
