“Best practices in project management continue to evolve,” said Kovalic. “New approaches and practices change the game, which means project managers need to continuously learn to help their teams find success and to reach their identified project goals.”

His experience over the last 25 years includes being a project manager, program manager, and senior program manager for several organizations. Over the past eight years at Springhouse, Kovalic has educated thousands of project management students about the fundamentals, essentials, and advanced project management practices.

Kovalic was recently named to publisher O’Reilly Media’s technical review team to fact-check new content for its upcoming fourth edition of Head First PMP. Kovalic uses this widely used certification-training guide at Springhouse to help Project Management Professional candidates prepare for their certification exams.
