The Chester County Food Bank was formed in 2009 with a primary goal of securing, managing, and distributing food to people in need. Today, the Food Bank has more than 120 partners and distributes more than 2.7 million pounds of food a year.

Produce Manager

This position works with the warehouse and logistics department to oversee the accurate and timely receiving of all fresh produce; maintains procedures and processes that ensures 100 percent product rotation, according to date and quality; and helps reduce food waste due to spoilage.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; experience in multi-temperature distribution, managing perishable food inventories; customer service experience; and previous supervisory experience.
