HairRx Advanced Hair Care is dedicated to fulfilling the hair care customization wishes and shopping preferences expressed by women age 30 and older. Available in retail on QVC.com, customers have the opportunity to identify their primary hair care needs from six goals and choose their scent preference from five options: citrus, coconut, jasmine, lavender, and vanilla.

In a 2017 HairRx survey of 1,000 women ages 30 to 60 from across the country, HairRx found that most are not happy with their hair, and 61 percent prefer to buy shampoos and conditioners that are customized to address their personal hair care goals. And 22 percent are not aware that customization options are available. Approximately 83 percent deem scent an important element in their decision-making process.

The HairRx concept was inspired by ProfilePro co-founders Joe Segel, who is the founder of QVC, and Jodi Dery, owner of award-winning salons in Boca Raton and Delray, Fla.
