Account Manager

This position establishes productive and professional relationships with key personnel for assigned accounts, sources opportunities for account growth, presents Client Value Reports to customers, and coordinates the involvement of additional company personnel to help meet customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; extensive Microsoft Office expertise, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Visio; excellent communication skills; and a general understanding of telecommunications equipment, products, and vendors.
