Wayne’s Evolve IP, The Cloud Strategy Company, has acquired Clearlogin, an identity authentication technology provider based in Mountainside, N.J.

The strategic purchase is part of the company’s ongoing development strategy, and will provide Identity-as-a-Service (IDaaS) for solutions in the Evolve IP OneCloudTM platform, new international sales opportunities, as well as a significant presence in the rapidly expanding Identity and Access Management (IAM) market.

Founded in 2014, Clearlogin’s identity authentication suite provides enterprises with a highly secure and compliant way to provision and monitor associate identities across more than 4,000 of the most common applications in the market. The service is delivered via a simple-to-use web or mobile portal, and includes robust reporting and analytics, multi-factor authentication, security policy access management, and cross-domain support for enterprises with multiple directory integration needs.
