Personal Banker in DNB First Lionville or Boothwyn Branch

The Personal Banker at DNB First is an active member of the retail sales team and is responsible for completing documentation and performing point-of-sale processing on all types of new accounts and provides customers with direct service while taking advantage of selling and cross selling opportunities.

The position also operates a teller terminal for a portion of work day as well as processes customer and bank transactions; handles large sums of cash and maintains assigned cash limits in addition to drawer settlement and cross-sells bank products in addition to performing other teller- related functions as required.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent banking experience combined with a minimum of one to two years of direct sales experience, excellent interpersonal, customer service and sales skills combined and a working knowledge of bank forms and documents used in opening new accounts; consumer products and services, operating policies and procedures that impact these products. SAFE Act certified or successfully acquire SAFE Act certification within forty-five days of employment is a must.
