Malvern Federal Savings Bank

Julia D. Corelli, a partner at Pepper Hamilton law firm for more than 23 years, has been appointed to Malvern Federal Savings Bank’s Board of Directors. Corelli’s practice focuses on counseling all kinds of investment vehicles on formation, regulation, and operations, as well as business and transactions counseling to family offices and life science companies.

“Julia is an outstanding addition to Malvern’s board,” Howard Kent, Chairman of the Board, and Anthony C. Weagley, Malvern Federal’s CEO, said in a joint statement. “Julia’s depth of experience and years of leadership in the legal profession, and her breadth of involvement in counseling a wide array of clients across diverse industries, further enhances the diversity of expertise and perspective available to Malvern’s board in leading our growing business.”

Corelli possesses a bachelor’s degree from Yale and a law degree from Villanova.

Chester County Fund for Women and Girls

The CCFWG will host a panel discussion in its WomenTalk series on the changes in communities – and throughout the country – in 2017. “Women on the Rise: Stories from a Movement” will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 24 at 8:30 AM in West Chester. The venue will be determined in the coming weeks.

Any and all interested members of the community are invited to join the CCFWG at this free event for light refreshments, constructive dialogue, and ideas for moving forward together.

Nia Meeks, a communications leader and political consultant, will moderate the discussion. She will be joined by panelists:
