Local Woman Receives New Furnace, Roof Thanks to Good Neighbors Home Repair
Kennett Square-based Good Neighbors Home Repair recently helped a local woman who had a dangerously malfunctioning gas furnace, according to a report in the Daily Local News.
The woman’s savings were depleted after she lost her husband in a tragic accident when their daughter was still an infant. At no cost, she received a new furnace, as well as a new roof, thanks to Good Neighbors.
The nonprofit provides home repair, financial guidance, and assistance to those who do not have the physical or financial means to make repairs to their homes.
Thanks to your tax-deductible corporate gift, Chester County residents will stay warm, dry, and safe this winter. All donations and pledges are used to update windows, heating systems, and roofs for those in inadequate housing. Click here to make your donation or pledge.
