Artisanal Brewing Ventures, the parent company of Victory Brewing Company, seeks a Brand Manager to lead the strategic brand vision for Victory Brewing Company by evaluating market trends and competitive products in the craft beer space.

In addition to a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field and 5+ years experience in brand or product management, Candidates should be a seasoned professional with strong business acumen and able to articulate the brand vision, as well as anticipate and identify consumer needs in the Craft Brewing Industry.

Senior Graphic Designer

Victory Brewing seeks a Senior Graphic Designer for its growing Marketing team to create evolutionary package design concepts for existing and new Victory products and generate web graphics and final designs for implementation on company websites.

Suitable candidates for the Senior Graphic Designer position must demonstrate outstanding visual, verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate acute listening skills in order to support the communications that both Victory and Southern Tier require.

Production Brewer

Victory Brewing Company seeks an experienced Production Brewer who will rotate through all facets of day-to-day operation, from the receipt and processing of raw materials to the processing and delivery of the final product. The scope of job duties includes but is not limited to brewing, cellar work, filtration, kegging, bottling, CIP and cleaning.

Victory Brewing Company Brewer applicants should have a college education or equivalent trade school/military, at least 2 years of experience in a production brewery producing a minimum of 6,000 bbls per year and a background in beverage / dairy packaging operations, manufacturing or automation.
