This position oversees the call center IVR and maintains the DNIS inventory; provides tier-two support for complex or ongoing telecom issues; and evaluates telecom services and makes recommendations for updating, changing, adding, or removing services.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree; two to four years of telecom experience; solid computer, word processing, spreadsheet, and database software knowledge; and familiarity with mobile devices.

Senior Data Scientist
