It’s close enough to Phoenixville’s burgeoning downtown but far enough away to be a quiet retreat with luxury amenities.

The new storefronts and 171 apartments that make up Westside are nearing completion and are expected to open next month, according to a Philadelphia magazine report by Sandy Smith.

“What sets Westside apart is the commitment to local authenticity that drove every design selection throughout the planning of this project,” managing Scully Co. President Jessica Scully. “Residents will love living in their uniquely designed homes just minutes away from the action of town. The community offers convenience and luxury right inside Westside.”

The apartments at Westside, developed by Longview Property Group of Berwyn, come in studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom varieties, all with “in-unit laundry facilities, open-plan living and dining areas, and contemporary kitchens and bathrooms with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances,” the article explained, for a monthly price between $1,199 and nearly $2,000.

There’s also a clubhouse and resort-style pool.

Coming to the 21,500 square feet of retail are Wayback Burgers, the Razor Lounge, Dunkin’ Donuts, Pet Valu, and T-Mobile.
