“The national round was one of the most impactful experiences of my college career,” Voruganti said. “Meeting and competing against inspiring student-leaders from across the country helped me grow immensely as a professional in a very short amount of time.”

Voruganti will now put his industrial engineering studies and inventive mind to the test against top students from 12 countries who will engage in 3M’s ultimate business simulation case challenge that tests problem-solving, leadership, and teamwork skills, while helping students gain invaluable business insights and experience.

“I am very excited for the global round because I think it will be an opportunity to be exposed to different cultures and to learn more about diversity in the world,” Voruganti said. “I can’t wait to represent Penn State and the United States this July!”
