The company has committed significant resources to assist medical schools and the AO Foundation in conducting the most comprehensive post-graduate training programs available for the orthopaedic surgeon. With emphasis on practical work in a laboratory setting, these courses enable the surgeon to learn how to use the instruments and implants, and to learn and practice the various surgical techniques.

Document Controller

This position maintains the device master record files, processes manufacturing changes, coordinates product change order related activities, enters data into JDE and other quality systems, and controls all test documentation for new and revised processes and products.

The idea candidate will preferably possess an associate degree or higher, a minimum of three years of related experience in a manufacturing environment, and knowledge of quality system regulation.

Sales Strategy & Compensation Analyst

This position maintains the systems, processes, and data that drives the company’s sales incentive plans by compiling data, preparing reports, assessing and analyzing programs, making recommendations, and conducting basic analysis on the sales strategy of the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of two years of professional analytic work experience, prior compensation experience, and knowledge of ERP systems.

Sr. Manager, Customer Quality Post-Market Regulatory

This position leads customer quality associates responsible for health authority report submission and responses, oversees activities associated with global complaint handling and adverse event reporting, and develops, maintains, and improves systems and processes associated with global customer quality activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, preferably in a scientific or technical field, a minimum of five to six years of experience in an FDA-regulated industry, and a minimum of three years of supervisory experience.
