Project Coordinator – Network Facilities

This position allocates and orders dedicated access facilities for customer locations, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of the requested access services. He/she administers compliance-related activities. The person is responsible for the daily management and system migration of customer paperwork.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree. He/she will have general knowledge of Evolve IP products, and will be proficient with Microsoft Office. The person will be able to work directly with customers in a professional and consultative manner.

Virtualization Support Engineer

This position provides first-level monitoring and troubleshooting of cloud services anomalies, including interfacing with customers for service calls. He/she monitors the trouble-ticket queue, RMM, and other tool information and alerts. The person fields customer support calls and uses internal and external escalations when appropriate.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience. He/she will have one to two years of experience in a network monitoring or service desk position and with Windows or Linux server administration. The person will have general knowledge of networking and server desktop support and administration. Network experience and exposure to vmware or virtual machines is a plus.

Software Developer

This position designs, develops, and delivers software applications based on detailed specifications in a team environment. He/she participates in code reviews and paired programming.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in software development or equivalent experience. He/she will have two to five years of industry experience and proven experience leading a team of junior developers. The person will have strong software build experience using a repository driven configuration management build utility. He/she will be familiar with Java development, OOP, Spring, Hibernate, Continuous Integration/Deliver, and more.
