Arthur Hall Insurance will be the presenting sponsor of the upcoming Greater West Chester Chamber of Commerce Annual Banquet, scheduled for the evening of Tuesday, Feb. 7, at The Desmond Hotel in Malvern. The GWCCC will honor the 2016 Outstanding Citizen of the Year Richard May in recognition of his multi-faceted, wide-ranging commitment to the West Chester community spanning nearly 40 years and the profound impact made by 2016 Community Service Award recipient Brandywine Valley SPCA.
