LiquidHub CEO Jonathan Brassington

liquidhub_logo_2016-2A significant acquisition that will grow the workforce of Wayne-based LiquidHub by about 50 percent just linked powerful data analytics to its mission to transform digital customer engagement.

LiquidHub’s biggest acquisition ever brings data management and analytics company Annik onto its team, along with Annik’s 1,000 employees across the globe – particularly in India, Poland, China, and Washington state – according to a Philadelphia Business Journal report by Michelle Caffrey.

“This completes the story of our positioning in being a leading customer engagement management and transformation firm,” CEO Jonathan Brassington said.

Brassington also noted that Annik and other acquisitions are merely add-ons to LiquidHub’s intense pursuit of what it sees as a $40 billion market emerging at the intersection of IT and customer experience.

“It’s not often you see two adjacent industries converging at the pace they are,” he said. “We are trying to be a leader in that convergence.”

Through the deal, Annik CEO Rahul Sahgal and COO Sandeep Bhatia will become LiquidHub executives.
