The public meeting will be conducted by the Westtown Township Planning Commission inside the Stetson Middle School auditorium (1060 Wilmingtown Pike, West Chester) and will begin at 6:30 PM.

Further, they have indicated a desire to utilize bonus densities in order to construct up to 397 units on the tract. In order to utilize the bonus densities, Toll must provide public infrastructure/amenities in excess of what is required for their development.”
