Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry Appoints New Board Members

The Board of Directors for the Chester County Chamber of Business & Industry (CCCBI) has appointed six new members.

CCCBI reviewed a variety of resumes and focused on talented individuals who come from different backgrounds, industries, and locations around the county. The six candidates chosen represent one of the most diverse groups to join the board at one time.  

The new members of the boards are: 

  • Charles Boruchowitz, Government Affairs Manager for Bentley Systems.  
  • Juni Shahjabin Alam – P.E, Group Manager- Civil at HRG, Inc.  
  • Bill Adams, President, and Assistant Business Manager of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers #654 
  • James Logan, City Manager of Coatesville  
  • Shannon Royer, Director of Legislative and External Affairs at Main Line Health.  
  • Pamela Sarne McCormick, Director of Legislative and Community Affairs for SEPTA.  

“Congratulations to the 6 new members for being elected to the board. Their diverse, valuable, and exceptional experience reflects the mission of the chamber on being a member-driven advocate for pro-business and pro-growth policy that stands above the fray in the current polarizing political environment,” said David Hackett, Esq, CCCBI Board Chair. 

“These new members all have well-earned reputations as respected and visionary leaders of renowned business and community organizations. Chester County employers face many challenges day to day. These new members, as well as, our full Board of Directors will continue to be a voice for them to ensure Chester County remains a great place to live, work and raise a family,” said Laura Manion, President of CCCBI. “Our leadership at the Chamber, in the form of our Board of Directors and its professional staff bring great vision and energy to the organization.
