Secret Prohibition Party at Undisclosed Location in Phoenixville Tomorrow
If you’ve ever fancied an unusual night out, there may not be a better or more bizarre opportunity than the Prohibition Party taking place at a secret location in Phoenixville on Saturday, writes Eric Devlin for The Phoenix.
Hosted by the Pennsylvania Environmental Council and the Schuylkill River Towns Program, the party will celebrate the prohibition era with a night of dancing in 1920s regalia and live jazz music from 6-11 PM.
However, despite its “secret” nature you do not have to miss out as you can register by clicking here. Tickets cost $20.
Participants are encouraged to wear 1920s-themed clothing and bring a picnic basket of food. The Conshohocken Beer Company is donating beer.
Ticketholders can gather at three locations – Renaissance Park, Customers Bank at Bridge and Starr streets, and Lock 60 in Mont Clare – to be led to the secret party location.
