Gables at Chadds Ford to Host Elegant Wine Dinner on Saturday

Chef Dave Wenerd was voted Best Overall Chef for 2016 by the Best of the Main Line and Western Suburbs.

On Saturday, Wenerd’s inspired gastronomy will pair beautifully with the vintages from Stags’ Leap Winery of Napa, Calif., as the restaurant will host a four-course dinner.

Featured courses will include scallop ceviche, beet and mozzarella salad, duck cassoulet, hearth-roasted venison, and sticky toffee pudding.

The Gables at Chadds Ford is nestled in the heart of the historic Brandwine Valley. Its combination of fresh seasonal cuisine, rustic elegance, and enchanting outdoor dining makes it a winning spot for a memorable meal or the commemoration of a special occasion.

The cost of the dinner is $125 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Reservations and a $50 nonrefundable deposit are required.
