Inside Sales Representative

This position drives marketshare for generic products through strong customer account management and identifies growth opportunities to provide value and increase account retention. He/she will tailor solutions and sales messages to meet customer needs and continually follow up to develop additional business opportunities. The person will collaborate with the field sales force and sales management to develop and insure a comprehensive approach and solution to meet customer needs and exceed customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a four-year college degree and preferably two years of phone experience. He/she will have the ability to develop strong and trusting relationships with customers, managers, peers, and the internal field sales force. PTCB and/or AHSP certification preferred.

Manager, Training & Process Excellence

This person is accountable for the development and implementation of training strategies, plans, and processes to support organizational goals. He/she will manage a team that is responsible for the on-boarding of assigned client groups associates and developing/training process improvement initiatives. The person will develop and maintain strong working relationships with members of various functional areas across the company to continuously evaluate business processes in search for opportunities to gain efficiencies and improve service levels.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in fields such as business administration, sales, marketing, organizational development, or similar vocations. He/she will have a minimum of three years directly related and progressively responsible experience and previous experience in major change initiatives. The person will have excellent communication and presentation skills.

Salesforce.com Developer

This position will be responsible for maintaining the configuration and customizations for a large and complex Salesforce.com instance that supports the company’s sales and marketing organization. He/she will be responsible for system administration, configuration, data quality, and reporting. The person will be responsible for implementing new business practices utilizing Salesforce.com through configuration and customizations.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and five or more years experience with SFDC administration and development including Visualforce and Apex code. Three or more years of web development experience with .Net, Java, or similar technology strongly preferred. He/she should have experience managing large-scale information system and application development and sustainment.
