Their superhero acts of service for the good of Chester County will be celebrated even as a new set of challenges emerges on the horizon. They are the champions of the United Way of Chester County, and an annual gathering is calling them back to duty.

Wielding invaluable assets in their time, talents and treasure, these United Way champions are invited to convene the charitable nonprofit organization’s 2016 Campaign Kickoff and 2015 Awards Ceremony on Thursday, Sept. 15 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Penn Oaks Golf Club in West Chester.

The $30 per person luncheon program features the recognition of exemplary corporate partners, the election of new board members and officers, plenty of networking opportunities and more over a meal of penne primavera or chicken francaise.
