Account Manager

This position will be accountable for revenue goals for designated clients/portfolio of business. He/she will utilize creative strategies to build and deepen existing client relationships and capitalize on new prospect growth opportunities (i.e. research, referrals, networking, key stakeholder strategic partnerships, and cold calling). The person keeps current on industry trends (i.e. staffing & IT) and competitive activity within the region.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have at least 10 years of sales experience in the IT staffing industry or selling IT solutions. He/she will have a proven track record of successfully acquiring, managing, and developing existing and new business accounts, delivering consistent year over year revenue growth. The person will have the demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate cross functionally and to influence without direct authority.

Technical Recruiter

This position requires the ability to actively provide recruiting support to multi-client operations and to effectively build positive work partnerships with geographically dispersed staff. He/she will communicate with management to understand current and prospective needs. The person will identify, build, and maintain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates identified through the sourcing process.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have a minimum of three to seven years of experience in recruiting, with at least two years of experience recruiting on tech positions. He/she should be customer-service focused, and possess strong organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills. The person has the ability to understand technology and to keep abreast of technology trends at client company.
