West Chester Area School District acquired the office building at 782 Springdale Drive for their new administration building.

Malvern’s USA Technologies has added FreshBrew Group to its growing number of ePort Connect customers. USAT is currently working with FreshBrew, the national specialty coffee roaster, to integrate more than 3,000 ePorts and upgrade older equipment in an effort to make 100 percent of FreshBrew’s machines cashless and mobile-payment enabled.

West Chester Area School District has purchased the 7 Whiteland Plaza office building in an Exton office park to accommodate its administrative offices. The school district paid $3.5 million for the 42,000-square-foot building in the Whiteland Business Campus where it will be relocating to next year from the Spellman Administration Building in Paoli.

Brian O’Neil, the CEO of O’Neil Properties Group which is currently working on a development at Uptown Worthington in East Whiteland, has donated $750,000 to the East Whiteland Fire Company. The generous donation was presented on Wednesday night during the township meeting.

Turner Investments are preparing for a new phase of growth and renewal, according to veteran stock-picker Robert E. Turner. The investment group recently replaced its longtime offices north of Berwyn for updated, smaller facilities just south of Valley Forge Park. Turner said that he hoped to boost assets to over $10 billion by 2018, while at the same time boosting revenues from under $5 million to close to $75 million by 2021.
