Commissioners Extend Leadership to State Association of County Leaders

By

Commissioners Kathi Cozzone and Michele Kichline.

Chester County’s innovative state- and nationwide leadership has extended to the elite echelons of government, as all three local commissioners were just elected by their peers to be the leading voices of the County Commissioners Association of Pennsylvania.

Starting in 2017, Commissioner Kathi Cozzone will serve as the advocacy organization’s second vice president, with Commissioner Michelle Kichline as statewide treasurer and Commissioner Terence Farrell as one of just seven district representatives.

The election took place at the 130th Annual CCAP Conference.

Having championed effective strategies for governing and exceptional health and quality of life in Chester County, the commissioners will now exert their influence toward similar goals across the entire state.
