Compliance Specialist

This position executes ongoing compliance monitoring initiatives across the company. He/she monitors promotional and non-promotional activities, including conducting live monitoring and transactional reviews. The person also makes recommendations and contributes to the development of compliance plan architecture, tools, and programs based on findings and constant assessment of risk.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have at least five years of finance, accounting, legal, or other business function experience. He/she should have working Knowledge of various laws, regulations, and industry guidance that affect Endo’s compliance program, including federal and state government price reporting laws.

Director of Technical Accounting

This position has responsibility for researching and concluding on technical accounting matters for Endo segments, including Corporate, Branded, and International. This individual will consult with relevant stakeholders, including Sr. Director Financial and SEC Reporting, Controller, CFO, external and internal auditors. He/she is also responsible for updating, integrating, and maintaining enterprise wide accounting policies.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, and have at least 12 years of progressively responsible accounting experience, including a mix of public accounting and/or industry backgrounds. CPA certification is required. Previous experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Director of Forecasting & Analytics

This position will lead the development of robust, data-driven forecasts across the Endo portfolio of products, including in-line and pipeline assets as well as Business Development opportunity sizing. He/she is accountable for driving an objective view of sales outlook for the business through robust analytics, data-informed event sizing, and epidemiological-based forecasting where applicable.

The ideal candidate will possess an advanced quantitative degree in one of the following fields: Economics, Operations Research, Statistics, Math, Engineering, or Finance. He/she should have seven to ten years of work experience in forecasting, Commercial Analytics, Business Analysis, or Marketing Science in a medical/drug-related scientific field.
