Teleflex Announces $400 Million Public Offering of Senior Notes

Teleflex Incorporated yesterday announced its registered public offering of $400 million in senior notes due 2026, with the interest rate and other terms to be set at pricing. The Wayne based medical device innovator plans to use most of the net proceeds from the offering to repay the around $393 million in borrowings on its revolving credit facility.

Nemours Increases Main Line Presence with 10-Year Lease of Old Paoli Diner

Nemours Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children is increasing its presence along the Main Line with a 10-year lease agreement on the 9,500 square feet that used to be home to the old Paoli Diner. The new location will house Wade-Townend Pediatrics and Paoli Pediatrics, two primary care practices recently acquired by Nemours which will now operate as Nemours duPont Pediatrics, Paoli.
