Program Manager

This position will manage the definition, implementation, and adoption of new PPM tool at Stryker Spine. He/she will create and maintain a methodology to ensure consistency and effectiveness of project and portfolio management process. The person will also facilitate stage gate reviews and other meetings related to execution of PPM methodology.

The ideal candidate will possess an undergraduate degree, preferably an advanced degree. He/she will have five or more years of practical experience with Project Management, especially related to New Product Development/Stage Gate processes. The person will also demonstrate expertise in Project Management tools and techniques, including Scheduling tools such as MS Project.

Sales Account Manager, Patient Care

This position works independently to sell products to account base in a defined territory. He/she will achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual quota by taking a consultative approach to selling. The person will also focus on the development of relationships at all levels of the hospital organization, listening to customer needs and providing product solutions and customer service that exceeds their expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline, and have two to four years of proven sales experience. He/she must possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. Territory travel may be required as monthly and annual quota must be maintained. Marketing, market research, new product development, new product introduction, P/L management, and field-testing experience is required.

Associate Sales Representative, Communication

This position assists in planning, directing, and coordinating the selling of products to physicians in accordance with budgeted objectives, and obtains maximum profitability and volume in relation to preset standards. He/she will educate and inform doctors, nurses, and appropriate staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of products. The person will also direct product evaluations.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have zero to two years in an outside sales position (medical-related fields are preferable). He/she must be able to communicate with large groups of people and use common office equipment (e.g. fax, modem, calculator, PC, etc.). Up to 20 percent overnight travel annually may be required.
