Training & Workforce Planning Specialist

This position will be responsible for supporting and administering the delivery of the IT training program based on the business and technology strategy. This role will maintain the overall skills inventory and works to anticipate skill development in response to current skill available within the IT workforce and anticipated future needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and have five or more years of experience with adult learning concepts and design. He/she will have facilitation skills and experience developing others in training delivery. The person will have experience in a broad range of communication strategies and execution, particular emphasis on the ability to communicate technical information to both technically savvy teams and non-technical teams.

Senior Organizational Effectiveness Partner

This position is responsible for developing a change leadership strategy based on a situational awareness of changes and the groups impacted. He/she will be an ambassador of change, talent, and success. The person will plan out global Solutions Delivery (SD) initiatives and ensure consistency in approach and delivery at a regional/local level. He/she will ensure successful execution and communication are effectively deployed across the division to deliver key initiatives in supporting the change.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and have the membership/accreditation of a relevant professional body (i.e. US – SHRM). He/she will have three to five years of experience in human resources and talent management. Experience in assessing, identifying, designing, and implementing talent management and organization development programs and processes is required.

Senior Corporate Communication Manager

This position will be responsible for QVC’s media-relations strategy as it relates to building greater awareness and trust with the financial media (WSJ, NYT, Barron’s, Bloomberg, etc.). He/she will be directly focused on building relationships with top-tier media to generate greater brand awareness throughout the United States. The person will also work closely with legal, human resources, merchandising, CSR, and commerce to establish the global functions center of excellence for global issues and crisis management.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in journalism, communications, or a related field. He/she will have at least 10 years of marketing and communications experience, preferably with a leading global company. The person will have at least five years of experience directly managing a team. Solid relationships with top-tier media and high-quality writing and pitching ability is required.
