The Penn State Great Valley School of Graduate Professional Studies is a special-mission campus located in Malvern. Academic programs include education, engineering, MBA, and management. Classes are geared toward working adults, and meet evenings and Saturdays.

Education Program Associate

This position reports to the Chancellor and is responsible for course development and delivery of all non-credit programs. Responsibilities include collaborating with academic departments to develop and deliver workshops and certificates in both corporate and open enrollment non-credit settings, and identifying, establishing, and maintaining client relationships. He/she will also deliver presentations, assess client needs, define training deliverables, and manage student and client expectations.

The position typically requires at least a Bachelor’s Degree, plus four years of related experience. Additional experience and/or education and competencies are required for higher level jobs. This position requires the operation of a motor vehicle as a part of the job duties. A valid driver’s license and successful completion of a motor vehicle records check will be required in addition to standard background checks.

Research Assistant

This position will assist with Literature reviews, data analysis using SPSS, Qualtrics data management, and miscellaneous research and instructional analysis support.

The candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree and at least one year of work experience. Those who are planning to pursue a doctoral degree will be given first consideration.
