Quality Assurance Analyst

This position plays a key role by auditing the processes and communications of various Functional Areas throughout the company. From listening to Customer Support Center calls to reviewing key components of the customer implementation process, he/she will gather the information, evaluate, and score what was collected. Then, he/she will report back to the Functional Area managers with detail on where they are achieving their highest levels of success, while also highlighting some opportunities for improvement.

The role requires someone who is detail oriented, possesses excellent time management skills, and can juggle multiple projects at once. The candidate should have some level of proficiency with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.). Prior experience in in a Customer Service-related role is a plus, however the company is also interested in speaking with people who are just starting out in their careers.

Cloud Computing Sales Engineer

This position is the primary technical resource for the sales force on cloud computing products. He/she will support associated Security (Firewall, VPN, Content Filtering, Email Defense, SIEM) and Network Services (Cloud Connect, Evolved Network). The person will be responsible for actively driving and managing the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for products.

The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in cloud computing or hosting sales and knowledge of technology. He/she should be comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base. The person must be prepared for moderate travel (2-3 trips per month of 1-2 days), and have three to five years of relevant experience in cloud computing sales. A Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or a related field is strongly preferred.

Network & Security Operations Center (NSOC) Technician

This position is tailor-made for someone who has a strong interest in assisting others, technology, strong interpersonal skills, strong problem solving skills, and enjoys customer interaction. Acting as a liaison for Evolve IP customers, he/she will field customer inquiries and work directly with Evolve IP team members to resolve any issues. The person also serves as the first line of defense for Evolve IP, providing first-level monitoring and troubleshooting of network anomalies.

The ideal candidate will possess one to two years of customer service experience, and have exceptional communication, verbal, and writing skills. The ability and desire to learn technical concepts and applications is required, as are conflict resolution skills.
