Engineering Document Coordinator

The position will organize and maintain engineering documentation regarding product production, as well as safety and performance certifications. He/she will create and maintain Bills of Materials/product structures, and review and audit product labor standards. The person will also review operations and confer with technical/administrative staff to resolve problems.

The ideal candidate will have some coursework in a technical discipline, and have excellent oral and written communication skills. He/she must have the ability to be highly organized and detail-oriented. Strong problem-solving skills are a must, as well as the ability to work independently and focus on multiple projects simultaneously.

Accounts Receivable Specialist

The primary duties of this position include investigation and follow-up, analysis and entry of payments on customers’ accounts through several payment methods and resolution of payment discrepancies, and interaction with the Sales Department, Logistics Department, and Shipping Facilities. The position reports directly to the Credit Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, good written and verbal communication skills, and intermediate level knowledge of Windows, Word, Outlook and Excel. Additionally, he/she should be detail-oriented, especially with research and documentation, and have a general understanding of shipping documentation and damage and shortage claims. A minimum of two years of accounts-receivable experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

Customer Service Representative

This position will interact with customers in a fast-paced, contact-center environment to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services (assembly, use, care and instructions), as well as handle and resolve customer complaints. He/she will also efficiently process parts orders, product warranties, and product returns according to established department policies and procedures. The person will also keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
