Philadelphia Sales Representative

This position will maintain the daily business of the company’s wholesale partners within the Philadelphia area. Responsibilities include increasing package distribution and draft presence in each market. He/she will schedule and facilitate team sell days with sales reps/team leaders in each wholesaler. The person will also manage spending budgets for each wholesaler, and execute and develop a promotional calendar.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent of professional experience. He/she should have at least three years of beverage industry experience or proven sales experience calling on business decision-makers. A working knowledge of the Philadelphia area and knowledge of the liquor laws and licensing practices for Pennsylvania is preferred.

Staff Accountant

This position will assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements. He/she will be required to follow set accounting principles, practices, and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. Responsibilities include reviewing areas within the general ledger for accuracy of reporting, performing account analysis and account roll forwards, and investigating and working with other departments to resolve accounting and inventory discrepancies and irregularities.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with an emphasis in Accounting. (CPAs are preferred.) He/she will have two to seven years of accounting experience, and have knowledge of finance, accounting, and inventory control principles. The person will also have knowledge of federal and state beverage industry regulations and reporting requirements.

Maintenance Manager

This position will prepare work schedules, assign work, and oversee the work product while optimizing brewery up time. He/she will coach, counsel, and manage performance of direct reports, and develop and maintain a preventative maintenance schedule program for applicable equipment and machinery. The person will also arrange for and manage appropriate third-party vendor support as needed, and prepare budgets and secure estimates and cost quotes as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering – or have Military or Trade School training – and have a minimum of five years of related experience as a maintenance supervisor in an industrial or manufacturing environment. He/she will also have a minimum of three years of experience in plant maintenance with knowledge of technical craft skills (electrical, plumbing, advanced mechanical, HVAC, and/or multi-stage refrigeration systems).
