IT Risk Manager

This position will drive the development and execution of all IT Risk Management solutions, and lead a team of employees and contractor resources to accomplish organizational goals and objectives. He/she will manage a budget to ensure effective controls on expenditures and compliance with accounting guidelines. The person will also analyze and determine change impacts to functional team and business clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or Mathematics, and preferably a Master’s Degree in one of those fields. He/she will have at least five years of experience with Risk Management methodologies, as well as three years of experience in People Management. The person will also have demonstrated success working across virtual teams.

HRIS Analyst

This position is responsible for improving the efficiency of and customer satisfaction with all centralized HR processes provided by the HR Operations organization by implementing and enhancing the HR systems that enable and support these processes. The person in this role will rely on his/her technical skills and experience and knowledge of the HR function to develop systems solutions for functional HR process requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field, and have one to four years of related experience. He/she will have report development experience using SQL, XML/XSLT, Microsoft Access, or other query tools. The person will also have demonstrated experience in extracting and manipulating system data from large databases.

FP&A Manager

This position will work closely with the Global Controller ship team and Business Unit CFOs to produce financial analyses. He/she will manage the development of quarterly forecasts and supporting KPI data, and produce monthly executive committee presentations. The person will also prepare monthly financial reports, which compare actual Business Unit performance to budget and forecasts.

The ideal candidate will have seven to ten years of experience in accounting and finance roles. He/she will have superior analytical and modeling skills, and the ability to work with large data sets and deliver real insight from complex information. A high level of proficiency in MS Office and the ability to manage multiple projects/priorities are required.
