Medical Director

This position is appointed by and responsible to the Hospice Director as the Medical Director of Neighborhood Hospice and Palliative Care Program. He/she will be charged with providing medical leadership in all areas relating to the clinical operations, including the Inpatient Hospice Unit. The person will be responsible for recommending and implementing clinical policies and procedures and supervising advance-practice nurse practitioners.

The candidate must be certified in Hospice and Palliative Care. All applicants must complete and application for consideration.

Per Diem and Full Time Hospice/Palliative Care RNs

These positions require a passion to care for patients with complex clinical needs who want to remain in their own home.

The candidate must have a BSN, strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills, and proficient computer skills. Those with hospice, home care, or case management experience are preferred. Adult and pediatric cases are available. Flexible hours (days, evenings, and weekend positions available) are required.

Physical Therapists

Full-time and per-visit physical therapists are needed to provide home-care services in Chester County. Compensation is per visit, plus mileage. Some weekend commitments are required.

The candidate must be PA licensed. Neighborhood Health is automated on laptop, including scheduling and documentation.
