HerrsCrabfries-255x300Chickie & Pete’s Chips Introduced by Herr’s

Herr’s Foods is introducing the world to a signature taste of the Philadelphia region with the latest addition to its range, the Chickie & Pete’s Crabfries Seasoned Potato Chips.

The special unveiling of the new chips was held by Herr’s President, Ed Herr and Ed Ciarocchi, the Chairman & CEO of Chickie & Pete’s last Tuesday at the flagship location of Chickie & Pete’s in South Philadelphia.

The Crabfries Seasoned Potato Chips aim to bring the taste of the now legendary Chickie & Pete’s Crabfries as a convenient snack. Herr’s hopes this will widen the enjoyment of this popular side dish that has been around since 1977, and still enjoyed at the company’s 14 locations.

The new potato chips mixes the Crabfries seasoning and a carefully crafted special white cheese sauce flavoring onto Herr’s Ripple Potato Chips to replicate the full and distinctive flavor of the famous Crabfries experience.
