On Wednesday, Chester County SCORE will host a seminar entitled How to Start and Operate a Small Business from 6-8 PM at the Chester County Library in Exton.

Penn State Great Valley will host a seminar entitled History vs. Heritage: The View from Gettysburg from 7-9 PM on its campus in Malvern.
