Senior Manager/Technical Manager
This position involves managing and mentoring a team of technical leads and senior staff. He/she will interact with many diverse skill sets from business, technical, testing, and project management. The person is directly responsible for staff, setting goals and objectives, assigning work, managing performance and expectations, and conducting performance appraisals.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a directly-related field, and have eight years of experience as a technical project manager or technical lead or development manager. He/she must have Java Software Engineering experience, and experience developing enterprise level web applications with a significant level of complexity.

Senior Security Access Analyst
This position provides the highest level of knowledge of security issues, trends, tools, and solutions, as well as pro-active monitoring of security related issues. He/she will perform internal audits of systems, facilities, and procedures for compliance with established security standards. The person will also interface with external clients during RFP process to assess viability of integration of security policies with proposed implementations.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree/technical certification or the equivalent experience, and have five years of systems experience, focusing primarily on security. He/she will have excellent knowledge of security issues, trends, and tools. The person will also have a strong knowledge of MS Office and strong platform presentation skills.

Test/Quality Assurance Analyst
This position may build and implement test case scenarios to ensure quality and functionality of code and applications, and may run automated test scripts and manually change input. He/she will conduct automatic testing as well as manual testing, and identify test cases to test new functionality or changes introduced to the system. The person may also help design new test cases or make modifications to existing test cases based on functionality introduced to the system.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or computer-systems certification, and three years of experience in program testing or quality assurance. He/she must have a good understanding of programming languages and testing tools, and strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills. Good Word and Excel MS Office skills are required.
