Brandywine River Art Museum Posts Epic Video of Flooding to Facebook

The museum will be closed all day today. We had a lot of rain last night and the river is pretty high, as you can see from this video.

Heavy rainfall on Wednesday washed winter away but left a new problem for Chester County: flooding.

The muddy waters of the Brandywine Creek overflowed their banks and covered roads in at least the Chadds Ford area, forcing blockades and even a water rescue near Creek Road and Route 1, according to a staff report in the Daily Local News.
