Having recently celebrated its 30th anniversary, Acero Precision is a rapidly growing organization that specializes in the manufacturing and assembly of complex, close-tolerance products. The company’s range of clients include the Medical Device, Motorsport, and Analytical industries. Acero is currently building a state-of-the-art facility in West Chester and is looking to add the following position:

Recruiting Assistant

This role will provide administrative, marketing, and recruiting support to the Human Capital Department. He/she will own the recruiting process, provide administrative support in the areas of human resources and recruiting, and actively represent Acero Precision at job fairs, recruiting events, and other promotional venues.

It is recommended that the candidate possess a two-year college degree and two years of experience in a business setting. (Previous recruiting experience is highly preferred.) He/she must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and be an expert with Adobe. The person must have a strong commitment to detail and strive for error-free performance.
